Giveaway - Bucket List App
Date: November 20, 2024 - December 31, 2025
Sponsored by The Bucket List Studios, Inc (“Sponsor”).
NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Entry period begins on November 20, 2024 at 11:59pm HST and ends December 31, 2025 at 11:59pm HST (“Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, participants must download the Bucket List App, input their “Bucket Lists” in the Bucket List App, share their Bucket List to Instagram so that Sponsor can see it, and tag @thebucketlistfamily in their post. Sponsor will review all Bucket Lists by all users via Instagram, and select which Bucket Lists they are able to fulfill. Posting multiple Bucket Lists to Instagram does not increase your chances of winning. Recipients will be announced on a rolling basis during the Entry Period, and may be contacted by Instagram Direct Message, email, FaceTime or a phone call.
To enter into The Bucket List App Promotion, (“Giveaway”), entrants must do all of the following during the Entry Period:
- Download the Bucket List App
- Input their Bucket Lists into the App
- Share their Bucket Lists to Instagram and tag @thebucketlistfamily in their Instagram post (example: post, story, or reel)
This Giveaway is in no way endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with or the responsibility of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, any other platforms, or any of Sponsors’ associates.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a recipient, the recipient will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Instagram account was set up. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to be selected and sign a release form if chosen. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received in the Entry period. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsors. Recipients will be notified via Instagram Direct Message, FaceTime, phone, email, or in person.
Gift:
- Bucket List trips gifted to Entrants, fulfilled by Sponsors
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received. This is not a random sweepstakes or a lottery, but rather a gift from the Sponsors. Recipients will not be randomly selected and will be selected by the Sponsor based on Sponsors’ sole discretion.
- Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to adults age 18 or older but may be void where prohibited. It is the responsibility of participants to confirm your location is eligible to participate.
Employees of the Bucket List Studios Inc. and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members, and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules").
- No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries. Recipients are solely responsible for any and all customs (for international recipients), federal, state, provincial, and local taxes that apply to any cash prizes. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen gifts.
- If a selected Recipient cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a gift and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, gift may be forfeited and an alternate Recipient will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
- Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsors will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at PRIVACY POLICY. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party. Additionally, by entering the Giveaway you understand that the Sponsors may send you additional commercial marketing emails regarding Sponsors and their partners. Any website visitor also agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update this page as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time and without any further notice to you.
- General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The promotion/contest is offered by Sponsor, who is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a gift, Recipient hereby releases Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the promotion/contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any gift, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the promotion/contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the gift, or acceptance, possession, or use of the gift, or from participation in the Giveaway; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion/contest. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Giveaway is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any recipient, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. The recipient is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the gift received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.
- Travel Conditions: TRAVEL SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND BLACKOUT DATES. Recipients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including but not limited to all necessary photo IDs, passports, and other documents required for travel. Travel arrangements must be made by the Recipient. Recipients must be available to travel to the necessary city on the required date, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Recipient may be selected from all remaining eligible entries received, at Host’s discretion. All dates are subject to change.
- Media Release: Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Giveaway and by accepting any gift, Recipient hereby assigns to Sponsor on their behalf and on behalf of any person who will be identifiable in any Instagram content, the right of Sponsor to use such persons’ name, image, and likeness, biographical information, nomination form, handle, for all purposes throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation. All nomination entries become property of Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Recipients hereby release Sponsor and Sponsor’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of Recipient’s image/likeness, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. Sponsor is permitted, although not obligated, to share, repost, promote, or distribute any Instagram content.

Returns
Return Policy
Returns may be considered by The Bucket List Studios on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of The Bucket List Studios. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 30 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping, which will be taken out of the refund total.To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.
Customers within the United States will be provided with a shipping label after their return request is approved. For international returns, customers will be responsible for shipping the return using their chosen shipping method. Once the return has been received and inspected for wear or use, The Bucket List studios will either issue a refund to the customer's original form of payment. Please note that your bank or financial institution is ultimately responsible for crediting your account once we approve a refund.
Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. The Bucket List Studios is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the merchandise. We recommend reviewing the product care instructions for all items.
Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for free return or exchange.

How do I begin my return?
To begin your exchange, login to your customer account here and follow the steps below.
- Click the order you would like to exchange.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to exchange.
- Select a return reason and add what you would like to exchange in the notes section. Please include the product name, size, and color you are requesting.
- Click Request return.
If your exchange request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive an invoice for the cost of shipping the new product. Once the invoice is paid, the exchange product will be shipped to you.

International customers may send their return package to us using their shipping carrier of choice.
Once the return has been received and inspected for wear or use, The Bucket List studios will send an exchange order to the customer based on the customer's request.

FAQs
Is my order eligible for free return or exchange?
We do our best to only give our customers the best quality merchandise. However, we do understand there may be occasional cases where products may have manufacturing defects. Merchandise with manufacturing defects are eligible for free return or exchange. Please email support@bucketlist.team with a picture of the merchandise and our customer support team will assist you directly with your return or exchange.
How long is the warranty on my Bucket List Backpack?
All Bucket List Backpacks include a year warranty from the date of delivery. If your backpack falls under our warranty coverage, you will be eligible for either a refund or exchange based on the availability of replacement backpacks.
Our backpack warranty covers any damage to the product that inhibits the customer's ability to use the product properly. This could include broken straps, buckles, pockets, or faulty zippers. Wear and tear consistent with use over time, such as stains, are not covered under the warranty.

Do I need to cover customs charges on my exchanges or returns?
The customer is responsible for all custom taxes, duties, and fees based on the import laws of their country of residence. Failure to pay import fees will result in a forfeiture of the order and no return will be issued
